the room had a bright decor. my room offered a side balcony with a sea view!!! the staff were super friendly and most helpful. the beach terrace provided a wonderful view across the bay.
The wi-fi signal was weak on the 4th floor. Sometimes, my phone could not connect to the internet for extended periods.

I really liked the brand new and well-equipped rooms. The breakfast included many choices and high-quality options. The staff members were helpful. They were very good too assist me with any requests I had. The location was superb. I liked being close to the beach and other attractions.
The Wi-Fi signal was quite weak on the fourth floor. It was difficult to maintain a stable connection.

The concierge team demonstrated professionalism by fulfilling our last-minute requests and providing city contacts, and I appreciated the team members, such as Navilla, Saida, and George, who were always polite and willing to assist, even when they were off duty.

The breakfast offered many selections; it was available until 1 PM, and this made for relaxed mornings. I did enjoy the quality of the breakfast; it had fresh and delicious options. The restaurant impressed me with its high standards!

The staff was very attentive and polite. Security was visible everywhere. Entrance to the location was well organized. This ensured guest safety and privacy. All in all, I had a great experience.
The WiFi signal was weak. I could not connect my phone to the internet on the 4th floor. The signal went in and out. This made working from the room difficult.

The room was spacious and clean; it included a very comfortable bed and pillows, which ensured a good night's sleep. Soundproofing was effective, as I hardly heard any noise from outside, even when people walked nearby.

the carpet in the room had a stain. the skirt on the bed also was stained and i noticed humidity. my bathing suits wouldn't dry even after three days, annoying.

the room was good.
i noticed minibar items on my bill i never touched and the hotel's explanation about sensors sounds fishy, i think its a way to squeeze extra money from guests. it really made me question if they're treating everyone fairly.
